We use our revolving fund to purchase endangered properties. We then resell them to buyers who commit to restoring them.

When we resell the properties, the money goes back into the fund to be used again to save more historic homes, commercial buildings and other structures. We don’t own every property we work with, but the revolving fund has been essential to saving many of them.
